When we first seen this apartment, it was in unbelievable state. Abandoned for years it could not accommodate anyone the way it was.

Electrics were far from safe - fuses tripping!

Carpet was soaking wet - burst radiator pipe!

Mold and Damp on outside walls - leaking drainpipe!

It was inhabitable condition. It had to be put right fast while on a budget! 

Brand new bathroom, new electrics and plumbing. Walls insulated and skim-plastered. Fresh paint, new floor and neat kitchen! Big change!
